Developing unemployed graduates

I was representing ATCEN at the signing ceremony between ATCEN SDN BHD & Academy Pemuda UMNO for one of the projects in developing unemployed graduates. It was a good opportunity for us, but yet after years being involved in the development of a similar program, sometimes I wonder If there is a better way in curbing the issues at hand? It seems like by the time we receive the students in a "Train and Place program, they already have developed a habit that will not suite the industry or the working requirements in today's current economy. Yes, I am very please that we will be working on this project, but I would also be very excited if we can find a way to developed the working force before they are being release from their respective university...
